Red or White...towels that is

I'm currently working on a coffee table I picked up from a garage sale, but today I was struck with a great idea for this wine rack I picked up from the Idaho Youth Ranch for just $7 (the original price tag said $22.95...nice). So I took a break from the coffee table to try it out.

Most people would put their favorite Merlot or Chardonnay on this beautiful wine rack....

Not this girl. I think it makes a much cuter towel rack! My bathroom needed something like this. Now, I shouldn't have to worry about my husband yelling across the house to bring him a towel because he forgot to grab one (keyword: shouldn't). Super easy and inexpensive...my favorite kind of project : )

Hi Sara! I found this at an Idaho Youth Ranch (thrift store), I guess I was just lucky :) Check out your local thrift stores and consignment stores. Are you local? If I ever come across one again I can let you know!

I found this same item at Sturbridge on line. It's over $60 bucks.... way out of my price range! I have visited thrift stores and so far no luck. Karen Collins
P.S. If you discover any more of these, let us know!

I have this exact towel rack. It was sold as a towel rack through Plow & Hearth about 8 or 9 years ago. The top portion is for hand towels.

Great idea! My husband either does the same thing or drips outside the door to the pantry after getting out. Really? You would think, "Do I need a towel?" would hit them before they get in. Lol. Great look as well! : )..
