O Christmas Tree

I'm still feeling the effects from my eventful dentist visit, but on the bright side the hubby and I got our Christmas tree up and she is absolutely beautiful. As I bustle around my house I constantly find myself taking a moment to just stop and take it in. Christmas tree's make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. They always bring warm memories and excitement of what is yet to come. When I was little I would love to take naps underneath our tree, simply drifting off looking up at those twinkling lights.

Here are pictures from one my most favorite traditions, decorating the Christmas tree...

 Happy Decorating!

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."—John 8:12 (NIV)

  1. Too cute! But the popcorn wouldn't last more than a day with our two year old. lol

  2. Haha! you're probably right! :) I was worried the first time we strung popcorn with having two dogs, but amazingly they have never touched it!

  3. I did the same thing with cinnamon sticks and ribbon! I made about eight of those and they were good "filler" ornaments for any gaps left in the tree. Looking at your tree, our tastes are about the same, minus the popcorn. so pretty! :o)
