This week, Michael and I have been enjoying making delicious dinners (calzones!) and watching the Olympics. I especially enjoy watching Michael Phelps and Gabby Douglas. Boise's own Kristen Armstrong won her second gold, yeah home girl!
I'm creating this post from my IPad. Have I mentioned how much I love my IPad? Oooohh boy do I. I've never really cared much for fancy technology and prefer to keep things as simple as possible, but this thin magical rectangle has really won me over! I'm currently on the hunt for great apps, if there is one you love let me know!
I learned a big lesson this week in physical health. When it's consistently over 100 degrees outside you should drink lots of water. If you don't drink water you get dehydrated. When you get dehydrated your body gets really angry and makes you pay. Yup, lesson learned.
Call me crazy, but I'm actually ready for Fall and all the lovely things it brings. Boots. Pumpkin Spice Chai. Cozy thick sweaters. BSU football. That crisp fresh change in the air. Am I crazy?
I found out my husband created a Twitter account solely to share with the world all the silly blonde things I say....like when I said I wish my dogs had disposable thumbs. (following some awkward looks I found out its opposable) : )
This weekend I'm hoping to knock something off my summer bucket list. Maybe a drive-in with a bucket of popcorn? Or a two hour float on the Boise River with the hubby? I think it's going to be a great weekend...and I'll be drinking lots of water.

ReplyDeleteI, too, have been watching Olympics all week. And I have been interested in an IPad...just too much money. Is yours a 3G? Or do you just connect with home wireless? And we all have a "blonde" moment sometimes, even brunettes like me ;)
